General training

During your induction programme, you will go through our standard training program to learn the essential skills and standards required for your role. You will learn Sustenance Healthcare’s vision, mission and core values, standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines, discover tips for providing high quality service that will set you apart as a Sustenance Healthcare staff. We provide expert training and support ensuring that you can experience theoretical and practical insights of your role. Your training will reflect on the responsibilities of your role. When you are in your post, we will have support for on-the-job advice available for you.

Specialist Training

Sustenance Healthcare also provide you with addition specialist training to ensure you can confidently and competently support the needs of clients. Our specialist training includes supporting people living with Dementia, Learning Disabilities, Diabetes, and those who have suffered a Stroke.
